I would not recommend this floral shop to anyone, they were very rude to my daughter and would not offer her any help. Definitely not a way to run a business. My daughter even contacted this business back in January and gave them the dates of when her wedding was going to be, we are the type of people who like to preplan our events way ahead of schedule and have everything booked. My daughter was asking for a rough outlined quote and the florist said she could not give a quote because it was impossible and prices change. It seemed like the florist and her personal were agitated that she even walked through their door, my wife was there as a witness to this encounter of the unwelcoming florist. I run 5 different businesses and if I was to treat any of my customers in this manner I would lose thousands of dollars and relationships would be lost forever and my businesses would suffer for years. All I can assume is that these unwelcoming florist were being judgemental as soon as my daughter walked through their door. I told my daughter and my wife to leave and to never go back to that business again because apparently our money is not good enough for them. So check this out, the next f

Absolutely love this arrangement they made for a dear friend of mine, that was in tg6e hospital! It brightened her day so much! Thank you ladies! Will definitely use them for any of my flower needs!!

First time customer this morning. I was impressed with their quality and selection of stock. I know it is relative to me, but they had exactly what I wanted. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I found myself in a pickle, though. I normally buy flowers for my wife and deliver them myself. I wasn't able to do that this morning. No problem! With an extremely short notice Lumberton Flower Shop accepted the challenge and made the delivery without a hitch! They just earned themselves a new customer! Great job, guys! Thank you so much! My wife loved the arrangement and was gushing!

So blessed I found this place! My (now husband) and I decided to get married while my father was in town from overseas - leaving us only two weeks to plan the wedding, with Christmas right in the middle of those two weeks. I called one flower shop and they laughed at me and my timeline. I only wanted a bouquet to walk with, but they made me feel like it was an impossible task. The ladies at Lumberton Flower Shop made me feel special and they honestly CARED about my wedding and the bouquet I wanted for it. It turned out beautiful and absolutely perfect despite my rushed timeline and the holiday season. I wouldn't change a thing! And now they have a customer for life!
